January 2016 application!

after one year and a few days today we have received a medical request.
We have completed our medicals January last year, therefore they must have just expired.
should we do it again? or just resubmit the old one???

I'd call and confirm. many December apps who did up front got the request and found it was by mistake and that the medical actually was extended an extra year.

My suggestion is yes, strongly recommended, do it as soon as possible if you don't want any delay in your process. One of my friend ha received and after completion they have got decision made in 10-15 days.

ive applied for inland spousal sponsorship in Quebec, ive sent the application on 5 may 2016, they received it on 5 June 2016, the asked for csq on 20 July 2016,
I got the csq on 1november 2016. whats next? when will they ask me for medicals? ive sent them the police report but haven't heard from them. every time I call my lawyer he says it takes time and never give details or whats the next step. if you could help would appreciate it a lot

Apply for GCMS note/AITP, you can check on youtube how to apply for that.

It will give you insight of your application. It usually takes 30 days to get it after request. But this time i've got within 20 days.

CONGRATS!!!!!!!

Also just heard from our lawyer that he's got a number of clients with July 2016 AIP who just received DM noticed in the past couple of days. The line is definitely moving!
