Appropriately, I just received my GCMS notes which are somewhat interesting now that I don't have to read them with this notion of panic accompanying me.
I can sit down after my interview on Thursday and write down a bit more detail about my case if anyone is interested.

@ vaya. Just wondering where you had to go for your interview. Going to Ontario for 2 1/2 weeks and worried that the interview will come up while away and then don't know if date or interview office can be changed. Might try ringing CIC and see if they can shed any light.

We have to go to Vancouver, and the date was less than a week after receiving the email. You can definitely change the date, by filling out the letter they sent with the invitation and emailing it to them - but it is up to them to decide when, unfortunately. My work schedule is crazy for the next 3+ weeks so I decided to bite the bullet and just take the date they gave me. Catching an early ferry tomorrow morning! Fingers crossed everything will work out well for you these next few weeks!

I've check My CIC just now and it shows APPLICATION/PROFILE Status Closed - Final Decision has been approved

so wait for the mail for the original copy of OWP?

So... I've been stalking the CIC website like a hawk!
My husbands app was sent March 21, 2016.
& today the status changed from "in process" to "decision made".
We sent the RPRF with the application and did the medical and the time has come.
All we are waiting for now is the email or letter .. this is nerve wrecking. ???

Hi Botengcoke. We ordered our GCMS notes and found out that they had requested a redo of Appendix A and IMM5406 in June 2016. They said they sent an e-mail/letter, neither of which we received. So we redid the two forms and sent them via CSE. Now waiting for an acknowledgement.

They also was another note for AOR2 sent via e-mail/letter in June 2016 which we also did not receive.

Hi guys, I checked online status this morning and saw that the Sponsorship Application Status has changed from "In Process" to "Decision Made". What does this mean? We have already received AIP back in July...

Also noticed under the PR application status that they have received our upfront medical. I guess they are batch updating the website today!

I received medical on the link option. No email, no mail.

My timeline: Application submitted: 15th April 2016
AOR 1: 21 May never received (GCMS notes and CIC call center mentioned).
AOR 2 : 29th June
GCMS notes requested 3rd August 2016
Police clearance certificate (PCC) requested: 10th August 2016 ( old one expired,was valid only for 6-month)
PCC submitted: 22nd August by mail plus uploaded online
GCMS notes received: 3rd August (its shows detail before the requested date 3rd of August, so no clue for PCC and medical upcoming request). Only both AORs dates mentioned
Medical request: 6th Sep

Thanks! Hopefully you get streamlined as well.
I've seen a few other people on other forums get the same "decision made" message as we did
but not application closed final decision has been approved, so it makes me nervous lol
even though I know nothing is wrong with the app I always get nervous with stuff like this
when my life/husbands life is in someone else's hands
