Spousal sponsorship from Italy

Hi everyone
Please reply if someone sponsored their spouse from Italy
My spouse has Indian passport and permanent residency in Italy I applied for spousal sponsorship in February 2022 it’s almost a year medical and biometrics done in May 2022 still waiting for passport request.
Please reply if someone has same situation like me
