Hi,

I need to sponsor my spouse, currently lives in India

Can I fill the forms and send the application from Canada? or does the application need to come from India to CIC office?

does CIC accept where the application come from? as long as the details are correct

Thanks,
Sri

It does matter:

- You cannot send an application from outside Canada if you are a PR. You must be in Canada to submit.

- If you apply from outside Canada, you cannot apply for an inland ("in Canada") application.

As long as you are (1) a citizen, and (2) content to apply outland, you can submit from outside Canada.

So, I must need to submit my spouse application from in canada ?

I am a PR and currently live in Canada, and my wife, she is in India

What about her Signatures and Photos, do I need to get it signed and send it over to me?

You cannot submit it from outside the country. She has to send you her signed application forms and photos.

If you are not in Canada and you submit a sponsorship, it will be rejected.

The app can be mailed from anywhere in the world. You can mail it from Canada or she can mail it from India.

Since I'm in Canada, how can I have my spouse to sign all the papers? do I need to send the docs over to her and get back after signing ?

if the sponsor need to be in Canada, does the signatures must be completed ? or they can be left blank?

do they accept digital signatures?

Mail the forms.

Yes, signatures must be completed.

No. Signatures must be original.

In the form imm1344e, Part 1 , 3 - Is there a co-signer on this application?
if the spouse is not in Canada, can I check this as NO?

Clearly explained in the guide. Look for the answer yourself before posting.

Question 3 You can’t have a co-signer if you are sponsoring your spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner.

Sorry, Thanks. The answer is there, just double checking. thats all...

does this have to filled twice? one for sponsor and one for spouse?

SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND / DECLARATION
The principal applicant, his or her spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all dependent children aged 18 years or older listed in the
application for permanent residence must complete their own copy of this form

does the police clearance certificate is good for Spouse? or do I also need to get for her family members?

Read the guide. Schedule A and police certificates are needed only for the applicant and any accompanying dependents, if there are any. Meaning, there's no need to fill them out for family members that aren't included in the application.

Sponsors don't need to fill out/get either of those.

I literally just told you the sponsor doesn't need to fill that out.
