What??? That's really sad. On which basis they send u refusal letter?

they mentioned that sponsor is in default of previous undertaking. although my husband has paid the debt in full in feb 2014 and sent back the required doc to CIC but still after doing that they refused.

This is not right! Really sorry to hear that. They must have missed the document.

For transferred files, yes. I'm more curious about applicants who apply directly to London.

do people who's case went straight to London get the same letter? advising them of the up to 33 months?

Boy oh Boy, my file as transferred directly to London as well, I have not received any timelines information as yet.... I really really hope its not 33 Months man... btw it should not be... the reason they sent these file to London was to speed up the process so how come it can be 33 months ?

I agree I saw quite a few people in this forum who were approved in 11 or 12 months

Mine I in the 10th month now...no response nothing. I'm not even sure what the next step would be...would they call my wife for another medical...which is expired...or just ask for the passport?

Yes they will ask for medical, Re-PCC and may be she ll get a medical and ppr combined email.
You never know what they might ask for.

when we talk about timelines 11 months...what does that 11 months include exactly? does that mean in 11 months the entire process...remedical...visa stamp is all completed in 11 months?

It could be more than that. It could drag you to 14,16 or 18 too but definitely not 33.
yes that means everything included in the timeline.

Well I do believe 11 months is the entire cycle time off course after the file is transfered to LVO, well you should had heard some thing by 10th month actually. I am concluding on 8th month.

I hope we hear some thing soon. This wait is killer... stuck In middle scenario
