SidKhan you are so resourceful. Always spreading hope thank youSidkhan said:It could be more than that. It could drag you to 14,16 or 18 too but definitely not 33.
yes that means everything included in the timeline.

Considering im in the 10th month...i'm wondering how accurate that 11 month processing time really is...hopefully I'll hear something soon.ks1234567 said:Well I do believe 11 months is the entire cycle time off course after the file is transfered to LVO, well you should had heard some thing by 10th month actually. I am concluding on 8th month.

What do you guys think...10 months in now...should I bother applying for a TRV or wait it out?berket said:LOL ok...we all do man

when you say definitely not 33...how do we know that exactly? based on official numbers or other people in the same boat?
BerketSidkhan said:Well to be very honest there are many cases being done within the london's timeline which is 11 months.
I am being very optimistic abt it.
The reason for delayed responses for pakistan's spousal cases is the backlog that has been created for over and more than a year. If they had to maintain the timeline to 32 or 33 months, they wouldnt even bother to move the cases to london. Islamabad would keep the workload to the same pace as it was before.
And there wasnt only a SINGLE person whose case was done within a year. They are plenty. You will get to know only if you have visisted the forum in the begining.
Why is that 2012 applicants are hearing now from london, after february's mass transfer of files. Their priority is to finish them within 11 months whereas the timeline starts when the file comes to London and not when the case was filed. So they are irrelevant if you file the case in 2012 or 2013. Majority of pakistani applicant files were transfered in january and february 2014. And i see they are being called on for medicals and interviews. And whats more interesting is they are simultaneously processing cases for 2012 and 2013 just to make sure the applicants doesnt have to wait more and more.
and you applied in 2014 still i can see your anxiety. Please dont create panic. People here already suffered too much and specially those 2011 and 2012 cases. Cant you see first quarter of 2013 cases getting correspondence and even ppr and its their 16 or 18 month going on since they filed the application and 8th or 9th month since the transfer of files to london. So its definitely not 33 month atleast for me. It might take month or two beyond this but definitely not 33.
Keeping their stance that they replied the mail with 33 months timeline is just to discourage you not to make further inquiries.
And if you see london's outland spreadsheet there are many cases from last quarter of 2013 which is still not done. This means that it does not strictly follow 11 months but still it can go beyond 11 adding two or three more as well.
@Sidkhan lol well friend may be you should apply for notes first and if it looks near than wait it outberket said:What do you guys think...10 months in now...should I bother applying for a TRV or wait it out?
this is very helpful info...appreciate it....mine went to London in January of 2014...so technically i'm a 2014 applicant. Can't expect much as 2013 people are still waiting behind meSidkhan said:Berket
Thats an old post. Pick the chunks from here please
You will get your answers.
Exactly, this is why the various timelines are being tracked on my spreadsheet. I'm not counting applications that were originally in Islamabad but later transferred to London, because those timelines are skewed. Instead, it's just looking at applications that were filed in Mississauga and transferred directly to London. One would expect that those timelines would adhere to London's advertised processing time, which is 11 months for 80% of applications.berket said:But it makes sense that if London is taking over...the processing time should be less not the same as 33 months
Please post into chc islamabad 2012-2013 thread. It has more activity. This might help you to get to those applicants.SchnookoLoly said:Exactly, this is why the various timelines are being tracked on my spreadsheet. So if your file went directly from Mississauga to London, then post here the details requested in my previous post and I"ll add you to the London spreadsheet, linked in my signature.
However in that thread most ppl are those whose applications are transferred from Islamabad to London and not directly to London from MississaugaSidkhan said:Please post into chc islamabad 2012-2013 thread. It has more activity. This might help you to get to those applicants.
Exactly, I'm not worrying about posting there. This thread seems active enough. Between this thread and the other London thread, I think it's covered.shinningstar said:However in that thread most ppl are those whose applications are transferred from Islamabad to London and not directly to London from Mississauga
