Got an email from london asking for marriage certificate again and birth certificate of my child (born in canada away from me in june ) . Why are they asking for the marraige certificate again? Also they emailed me but can my wife send the docs from canada because it would probably be much faster and safer?

Is this good news of ppr soon?? :)

Aliya, no no its not that way. I asked my consultant / lawyer the same question, they confirmed from LVO and the communication said the processing timelines is not about nationality but rather about the capacity of visa office processing. So it doesn't matter where you are from London visa office processes 80% of application in 11 months :D

that sounds like a good news but in reality on God knows.

Well congrats its a good news they have started working on your file... only in matter of time you will InshAllah receive the visa. I think they are asking for marriage certificate of Nadra i.e. registered certificate.. but please confirm...... don't rely on my information only.

actually cic website show one time for Pakistan that is 33 month and for London that is 11 month and every one knows that isl is not dealing with that so why they still shown in their web site. My consultant also told me that may be processing time will decrease but he is not sure for that even o format statement is available till now

Now that's strange and you are scaring me. The only positive is that my lawyer was very confident but I really hope it's not 33 months I will withdraw my case if that's the deal and would rather relocate to Australia :) so I will reconfirm

Dear Salar,

I wish and pray for good health of your baby!!

The refusal of TRV application will not have negative affect on your sponsorship application.

Please be honest in the application and attached the medical results and letter from Canadian doc with the application.

Good luck!!

Hello friends,

I got married in August 2013 but did not file my immigration right away.
I applied for Canadian study permit in March 2014 but my application was refused in May 2014 by CHC Islamabad.
Then, I started preparing my sponsorship documents and finally submitted my case in Aug 2014 to Mississauga.
My wife remained with me here in Pak after marriage i.e from Aug 2013 to May 2014.

Now Allah has blessed us with baby boy and he is Canadian citizen by birth. But unfortunately he is not in good health condition.
My wife was to come back to Pak with baby but now doctors have advised us that baby should not travel until the age of 6 months.

I want to visit my wife and child who is critically ill. for that i need to apply visit visa TRV. My question is;
I have already once denied study permit, is it safe for me to apply TRV in this situation while my sponsorship application is still in early stages?
And if I do apply for TRV and my application is refused what effect it has on my sponsorship application?

Please give me your suggestions.

Regards

Hi,

Your application is going pretty fast so far. It is good sign it is transferred to London.

I suggest your husband should apply for TRV.

all the best!!

If I apply for my wifes visit visa, what are the chances that she will get her visit visa approved
It has been rejected once.
It has been close to 33 months since filing the application
Any suggestion

the same thing I asked from my consultant and he say 2/10. So if you want to try then go well my consultant dont advise me to to apply for visit visa as he told me that if it rejected then it may effect our case too

If you can show ties of your husband to home country, he may get the visit visa. Given it takes so long to process, CIC does issue visit visa to applicants where the sponsorship application is in process.

If the visit visa is refused, it will not have negative impact on the sponsorship application as long as you do not contradict information on two applications.

I would definitely give it a try!

Good luck!!
