Thank you! we also have a year book, both which have messages from our friends and teachers stating they wish well for [ourselves] and us as a couple, should I take a picture of all messages regarding me and him? I have some old letters from when we used to write to each other in school. I'm pretty sure I could get emails [from teachers and staff] showing their support for our relationship as well as our family members.

I'm also an artist, so I've drawn art work of us together, and when we were apart for a while I created a website with the lovename he gave me, it has photos of us together on there along with our song that plays and some of our likes and interests that we have in common posted on that website. Could I use that to our prof of relationship. On my art gallery he has left comments showing his support for my hobby and talent.

However it worries me that my mom and Step father won't be able to come to my wedding [in Canada] him and her both don't have a passport and she hates to flying. I hope that won't cause a problem. You'd think that immigrants would use profiling checking like the police do for myspace and face book.

Facebook has photos of use together as well as my stay here in Canada with him. I don't really have much "hard evidence" such as bills and stuff...so I'm worried that photos and chat logs and emails and letters of people that we know and acknowledge our relationship as well as support it won't be enough. I'm nost sure if immagration takes age into consitoration or not...since having a kid together and being married for 5 years or more must not be enough...

I don't have phone records since we teenagers go through cell phones like tissue paper. Also what do you mean by posed? Like looking at the camera smiling? I mean...normally people like those kinds of pictures, they put them in frames.

This is all good evidence. Try to get some people to write actual letters and affidavits for the support letters - some emails are fine.

Screenshots of this website showing his comments would be good. Photocopies of a couple of your art works would be a nice addition to the evidence.
However it worries me that my mom and Step father won't be able to come to my wedding [in Canada] him and her both don't have a passport and she hates to flying. I hope that won't cause a problem.
Just explain why they can't come, and then show proof that they support the marriage. They could write a support letter.

They won't check websites and things like that, but you can include screenshots of websites. Screenshots of Facebook pages showing people's messages congratulating you on your marriage, for example, would be good.
I don't really have much "hard evidence" such as bills and stuff...so I'm worried that photos and chat logs and emails and letters of people that we know and acknowledge our relationship as well as support it won't be enough.
Hard evidence is better, but if you don't have it, then send in more of other kinds. Photos, proof of communication, and letters of support are a good start, plus some proof of financial involvement, such as a joint bank account.
I'm nost sure if immagration takes age into consitoration or not...since having a kid together and being married for 5 years or more must not be enough...
You are old enough to get married, so CIC should be OK with your age.
I don't have phone records since we teenagers go through cell phones like tissue paper.
Just explain why you don't have phone records. There is a question on the forms that asks how often you communicate when apart and how. Say by cell phone, email, IM, etc. Provide proof, and explain why you don't have certain types of proof - for example, state "We talk to each ofther every day by phone, but because we use cell phones we don not have a record of these calls."
Also what do you mean by posed? Like looking at the camera smiling? I mean...normally people like those kinds of pictures, they put them in frames.
Yes, some posed photos are inevitable, since things like wedding photos and graduation photos are ordinarily posed. Just include some that are candid shots. Visa officers sometimes think posed shots look fake, like you are just doing them for the application. So include non-posed shots as well. Try to get some shots at a party, graduation, the wedding, etc., where the two of you are not looking at the camera, where it looks like you didn't even realize your picture was being taken. Maybe you'll be in the background of the photo. If you are looking at each other, smiling or laughing or hugging, seemingly completely unaware that someone was taking a photo, it looks like you really love each other. A shot of two people standing stiffly next to each other, smiling at the camera - maybe you love each other and maybe you're just posing for the camera.
Keep in mind the photos are meant to prove your relationship is genuine. Don't worry if the photo is flattering or not!

thank you, but what I meant by age is, people my age won't have a lot of bills in their name, or barely even have credit. I don't think it would be fair if they were to judge us the same way they would judge an older couple that has been married for 5+ years and have kids.

I just hope that they don't think that we are just marring for immigration purposes, if I wanted free health care, I would have married a marine back in the states - free dental and one free plastic surgery plus they pay for me to go to school.

I can understand that they could judge an older couple [25-30] that was just married and not have a lot of prof. I'm really worried...that our age and experience will leave us short.

LMAO! I know you didn't mean to but this reply has me with tears streaming down my face from laughing! One free PLASTIC SURGERY!!!! Damn! Wish I had known that!!! Kidding but hahahahaha!

Older couple? 25 to 30? Okay, now I feel ancient! hahahahaha!

Seriously, you don't have to have credit to prove genuineness of your relationship. Build from what you have and you will be fine.

lol, it's true though, I've family that works on the military base.

I guess the scary thing for me is...not knowing as to whether or not we will get accepted...neither of us have criminal record so that's plus, I've also been told we have a 95% chance from people that have got PR in the past.

But thank you, I feel much better, thank you for your reassurance.

Gosh, I wish I could buy you a coffee...or tea, lol XD.
