Sponsorship of mother from South Africa

We have got to the part where they have requested medical and biometrics from the applicant, my mother, in this case. The medical form, given from canada embassy where processing application (south africa) to take to the panel physician indicates the canada address (when she originally sent paperwork in she was in Canada visiting) she is back in South Africa and sent in a webform few months ago indicating change of address.

Is this is an issue and should this address be her South africa address or that address on the medical form be the canada address (which is what immigration put on there) where she will eventually be living?

Also, biometric fee paid and receipt sent in within the 5 days they requested. However, the email they asked for it to be sent to (as there was no option to upload to online account) says they will respond to email within 30 days. Wont that just defeat the whole thing of them receiving it within 5 days.

Send it the medical but also change her address online.

Not an issue. She can do the medical.

Not sure what you mean. The response about 30 days is automatic. It doesn't mean that they won't look at it for 30 days or change the fact that the documentation was required within 5 days.
