Yep they were delivered at sometime and same day via Fedex.

I'm assuming you already submitted the application and you are worried about the LICO requirement. If you haven't already submitted it, the PGP for this year is closed. The cap has been reached. You will have to wait for Jan 2016 PGP to reopen.

My CC was finally charged today (the app is part of the UPS 10:47 batch on 2-Jan). What a relief..

Finally, my credit limit is reduced by $1100. I'm in the UPS 10:47am batch. I was so worried because I send the copies of NOA, not the original one. Best wishes to others who are still waiting.

Yes, they can apply for visitor visas. It has nothing to do with the PR process.

My CC got charged around 9 pm today (Jan 26th). My one was delivered on Jan 2nd 10.47 am by UPS. Good luck to others who are waiting..

Here is a summary update as of 9:00 AM, Jan 27, 2015 (Eastern Time):
* Considering all multiple applications sent from single sponsor, 101 (99 accepted + 2 rejected) out of total 186 applications in the spreadsheet got past the initial stage. That's over 53% success.
* 81% of Jan 2 applicants got their CC charged till now.
* Only 1 of Jan 5 applicants got his cheque cashed out as reported (no CC charge reported as of now).
* As per CC charge record by forum members; we represent at least 1.96% of the total 2015 PGP applicants. I assume the actual would be between 2 - 3%.
