You shouldn't be manually adding the 30% to MNI. The specific LICO amounts for parents (including 30% adder) are already shown in the PGP guide.

So you need to show combined income of you and spouse (based on family size of 7) of:
2013 - $80,153
2012 - $77,879
2011 - $76,475
Thank you very much for your answers to Rossei and Rob_TO.

The last question is:

What should i put in question 8 (IMM 5678)?

MNI for 2013 or Total of MNI - 2013 + 2012 + 20111

Thanks,

Alex

The office opens from 8am doesn't it? So I booked mine for 9am delivery and wrote a note on it to say "Do NOT deliver before Jan 2nd...etc".

This is what it says on the website:
"CPC-M accepts deliveries from couriers between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, except for statutory holidays.
No deliveries are accepted before or after these hours."

I'm hoping getting there as close to open time as possible will secure a place in the 5k but I wouldn't be surprised if they just dump them all together in the mail room on that day and sort through them at random..

I am in Alberta, so I've to send the application to which of these address -

Other family class applications:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 6100, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4H4

OR

Courier address (no public drop-offs)
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8
If you're sending by courier (UPS, Fedex, Purolator, etc), use the second address. For regular mail where signature is not required, use the first address.

The 5k limit won't be filled in a day. My guess is it will take a few days. Best of luck with your app!

Great Forum !!!
Heap of information.

I mailed my application package this morning to be delivered on Jan 2.
However, I just realized that I didn't write down my parents name in their native language.
It was something I was going to do but completely forgot.

Question is, will the application be returned because the name wasn't written in native language.
All other documents have been submitted as requested.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts opinions.

That is too small a mistake, so hoping they will ignore. But you never know why CIC would return apps. Keep your fingers crossed. You can check if they havent still shipped your package, so you can make the correction now?

If the sponsored parent is divorced, in the Additional Information Form, the spouse section will be left blank or put N/A.
Is that correct?
Can anyone please help?

Thanks for your comforting words; you're right you never know with CIC.
I'm hoping they'll overlook it. I've included copies of their citizenship cards that show their names in Native Language, lets see.

Package has already been picked up from the location.

Re: Sponsoring Parents in 2015 FATHER PREVIOUS DIVORCE

Hello,
My Father was previously divorced then remarried.
I know it does not ask for any info on a previous divorce.
I have a copy of their present marriage license.
Question is should I include a copy of his previous divorce record to further the information about his present marriage??

I thought it may help or it could just be ignored and the application will proceed.
Thanks.

Here's how I placed them in order (FYI, my mom is a widow and doesn't have any other child/dependent):

Required Forms
1. Document Checklist — Sponsor [IMM 5771]
2. Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking [IMM 1344] - barcode page on top
3. Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship [IMM5768]
4. Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] - barcode page#4 on top, followed by barcode/signature page#5
5. Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]
6. Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]

7. Use of a Representative [IMM 5476]
8. Fee Payment Form [IMM 5770]

Supporting Docs
1. Copy of my PR card (both sides)
2. Copy of my birth certificate
3. Option C of 2013, 2012 and 2011
4. Copies of my mother's identification page + Canadian Visa page + Canada entry-exit stamp pages of her passport
Just wondering why you included the 'Use of Representative' form? Did you use an immigration lawyer or is this something standard that needs to be filled in regardless? I hope not! I didn't include it - I (and my husband as co-signer) are just applying to sponsor my mother. We did not use a lawyer and she signed the relevant principal applicant forms herself.

I'm the representative of my mother. It doesn't have to be a lawyer. I never used this form before. Since my mother hardly can speak in English and she will be staying with me on SuperVisa for another 2 years or so; I thought it would be easy for me if I can get update of her application on her behalf as a rep. FYI, I confirmed this with CIC call centre.
