No, will be sending it today for next business day 10.30am delivery, but I want to send it closer to the 3pm cutoff, so they don't end up delivering the package today itself to CIC since I'm in the GTA.

I have to ask something regarding IMM 5678 / Question 8 and 9:

8. Minimum Necessary Income for 2013 (7 persons) - $80.153

9. Total Income Available to sponsor: 2013 2012 2011
$88.854 $78.324 $83.578

The MNI was different in 2012 and 2011. Now i have to be over $80.153 in all 3 years (2013 / 2012 / 2011)?

Because if i am looking in the Low Income Cut-Off (LICO) figures, plus 30 per cent i meet the criteria in each year.
MNI 2012 - $77.879 and MNI 2011 - $76.475.

How it is correct? Could you please help me with an answer.

I must say this is very helpful forum. I wish all of us shd get in the 5000 cap.

I have two confusions and need your help.
1) Should we wait for the forms to get updated during the holidays before 2nd or should we take risk and send it?
2) Which address is better: the one with PO box or the one for courier on L4Z1H8.

Please advise.

Yeah. I did apply last year and my form reached on 21st, but was rejected.

You shouldn't be manually adding the 30% to MNI. The specific LICO amounts for parents (including 30% adder) are already shown in the PGP guide.

So you need to show combined income of you and spouse (based on family size of 7) of:
2013 - $80,153
2012 - $77,879
2011 - $76,475

The risk with 9am is they could try to deliver before CIC opens office. In which case they may take back the package for re-delivery. 10.30am is a much more safer bet.

did you ask them if it has already been picked up? They will reject it as incomplete, you could just send a new package with a cover letter explaining the old package did not have the Family background document and for htem to use this package.
