Do we write all names...names of parents brother sisters etc in Native language? Also what is the purpose of writing in native language? All of my parents documents ate in English?
The form IMM5406 clears states "Complete ALL names in English and in your native language". It's up to you if you want to follow it or not.

Another question is do we need to submit parents original Marriage certificate?
I'm not sure but assume that you don't have to submit original documents for most cases that cannot be re-produced. But you should clarify further with a CIC agent. But if it's not in English, you just have to submit a notarized (certified) translation along with a copy of the original.

My situation is same as yours. In my case, my mom came to Canada on Nov 1, 2014 to stay for 2 years (Super Visa) with me. I'm bit confused about what I should put re: her residential and mailing address.

I guess Parents' Sponsorship isn't this fast enough that you can expect to do medical within next 2 years. In that case, your mom will have to leave Canada anyway. Besides medical, she also has to obtain PCC. You cannot collect all other supporting documents required by local CIC from inside Canada.

I wish CIC thought about parents who are already here for long term.
Thanks for reply !! I think Medical can be done easily here I confirmed that. As far as mailing and residential address that's where my confusion stays. PCC can be easily obtained from here (Respected country's embassy). After 2 years she can simply cross border to USA and come back within a day and I think it's legal as well.

I just called CIC call centre. I was surprised to hear that the agent can answer only 4 questions . I had more than that. Seems like I have to make 2 another calls.

Anyway, the agent said that her residential address should be Canada as she is here for long term. I will be using my address as her mailing and residential which are fact on current situation.

My mom's Super Visa is expiring in 2.5 years and she doesn't possess US Visa. I don't think I can apply for her either from Canada. So, in her case, she has to leave in 2 years.

I thought SuperVisa are good for 10 years. How can your mother's supervisa expire in 2.5 years when it has been introduced in 2011.

My thought, SuperVisa is 10 years or till expiry of passport whichever is early. So I think that could be the case here.

Thank you for confirming that !! I just did same and agent said it should be her home country address :). How can we rely on such information if they don't know rules.

If I'm not mistaken, I think you can use the supervisa in old passport in conjunction with your new passport. Just show both old and new passports. I did this with my wife's Canada TRV visa and US visas. We moved back to Canada with her TRV in her old passport and new passport. No issues. If we can do that, you can do that with SuperVisas.

Silly question but can you provide photocopy of your notice of assessment or the real document?
Don't know to be honest. But I think originals are best. You can asked for a new notice of assessment and it is all free, no cost to you.

If the sponsor doesn't have birth certificate from home country. ..can grade 10 or 12 certificates be used? My other friends have used these ones instead of DOB certificate.

Well, my mom's PP was valid for 5 years when she got Super Visa back in 2012. And Super Visa is normally given up to the expiry of the PP. This is her 2nd time in Canada on Super Visa and both her PP and Visa are expiring in Jan, 2017. I've never seen any Canadian Visa given beyond the expiry of the passport (unlike US visa).

NOA's are NOT re-produced (confirmed by CRA). You get Option C prinout free of cost if you contact CRA. I didn't want to give original NOA's and so I asked for Option C which arrived already (takes 5-10 business days).

I didn't know that NOA's cannot be re-sent as copies. Thanks for informing me. I assumed since I can order Option C printouts for free, NOA's can be done in the same manner.
