Did you receive AOR from Singapore? Rossie had his file transferred on June 3 and I believe he got AOR from Singapore on June 15. Let's hope in about 2 weeks time Singapore will initiate first contact following by medical/PCC requests.

Yes, I got an AOR on May 31, no more correspondence after that though...

Also since my parents are here on super visa. I wonder if I can get them medical & PCC done from here only.

immigration visa quota is still 20k for parents this year. I was hoping liberal increase it to 25K. I think still 30-40k old applications are pending since 2011. Bit disappointed. This way we will not get turn for next 3 years

As of March 2016, there are 56,000 persons in the PGP inventory. 2014 and 2015 each has about 10,000 persons (5k applications) Leave these number for those who are good at statistics to provide a guesstimate on the turnaround time for each year.

But looking positive for 2015 batch to get PR Visa next year in 2017 at 2 year anniversary date of waits.

Judging from all the cases of 2014 and onward,

NDVO is asking additional docs/IME/PCC/RPRF within 1~3 weeks from the day CPC-M transfers your file. Note that, NVDO generally asks a long list of additional docs from parents. I've listed all of them on the 'Info' sheet of the SS. Have a look and get prepared.

BTW, you can do medical and PCC (thru Indian embassy) from here.

20k for 2016 will first go to clear 2009-2011 backlog (16k) leaving 4k spots for 2014 batch. The visa quota for 2017, whether 20k or more will more likely clear all the backlogs of remaining 2014, all 2015 files and some of 2016 files.

Most 2015 files will surely get finalized in around summer of 2017 as the latest
