Does this mean if we have a child after we submit parent sponsorship, CIC will calculate income for all the years (even 3 year NOA prior to the sponsorship) with the new child and new family size?

No. You will be required to meet the increased LICO from the time the child is born.

I called CIC Call Centre. They told me that if I update the new baby birth before the file is assigned to officer for sponsorship processing, the new total family size will be assessed against LICO for all years since submission. :-\

That doesn't make sense really. I think the call centre is incorrect. Your LICO requirement/family size will increase in the year the child was born until PR is issued. What if a child was born 3 years after the PR application? Your family size is increased the year baby was born, not the 2 years after application was submitted. I think the call centre assumed your baby will be born this year thus they are correct from 2015 (time of submittal) that your family size and lico increased in 2015.

Got my AOR by mail today (April 8th). Letter was dated Mar 23-2015. Pretty much the same as the email confirmation. Tried updating the spreadsheet, but didn't work. Rossei, if you do have the time please update. Congratulations on the new arrival!!

When did you get the email AOR? I'm not too sure which date you want me to use for your AOR...

I got the AOR by mail not email. The letter was dated March 23-2015. I received the letter by mail on April 8th. March 23-2015 is the date to use I guess.

Could you please tellme what is the email address they use to send AORs? I was supposed to receive my AOR in Dec 2014 but i was actually waiting for a post letter. I want to double check my email with this address.

I have just checked my e-mail inbox again...nothing yet! Nothing in the mailbox either Should we be concerned? Why would some people have received the email or letter and others not?
If anyone has any info, please share!
