no news still , i did send the complaint that it did go over one year but no answers yet . and my husband email the minister of parlement today .. so we will wait .. it's so frustrating ! our lives are paused !

Actually our file still ongoing since 30/11/2017 in RABAT Embassy usually processing time take 12 months as they say .wish u good luck and i know not easy to sit and wait..stay positive

We still waiting since the day they request for a new creminal record and more proofs for our relationship like 3 months ago

My husband was invited to get visa on 28/02/2018, the process is complete. We are wishing all of you all the best and hope that you will have favorable decision from immigration.

When you did your medical test, how long did it take for you to receive the results? I'm just curious because my wife did her medical test yesterday but we did not receive any results and some people told me that they received the results the next day.

i Did my medicals before applying !! the doctor will send them automatically to canada ! no need to receive the results ! it will just show up on the cic account that the medicals has been received

After waiting for 14 months , i received an e-mail today asking me to do again my medicales because they are expired . And in the afternoon, a letter of pre-arrival services ... what does this mean please ? They just started processing ly application or what ??

I read a message on this thread from several years back of someone receiving the letting for pre arrival services. They went to the embassy and had to watch a video about Canada and what to expect when they arrive. After the video the people watching the video were given their PR cards. No interview was required by them. You should get your medical exam re done ASAP. I think your very close to being finished with this process.

That is actually a good sign. I think that does mean you have passed the eligibility, and now just waiting for your medicals.. I think what Allyh said before is gonna be the scenario for your case.

Unfortunately there is no way to expedite the process, and sometimes they do not even respond to emails if your application is still on the processing time.
You can still file a request to see your GCMS notes directly to IRCC.
We have not done that yet, but on their website it says they get back to you within 30 days.

You guys should keep every proof that your relationship is genuine, they keep asking for more proofs
Conversations, calls, photos, tickets... etc

Rabat sent us an email in March asking for a new background check, more photos, recent proofs of contact and boarding passes/passport stamps from recent trips.

I ordered GCMS notes on February 19, 2018 and still have not received them. I sent them an email the first week of April and they said they would make me a priority - sent them another email 2 days ago - not sure what is taking so long.

Wonder why they are taking so long while other VO's like Turkey are quick? I could be wrong but I think they are not going to do much for the next 30 days because of Ramadan.
