hello.. i just wanna ask if it's necessary to put the amount and to provide document like western ...
what if my husband send me different amount every month.. and he send me through ATM and i never keep receipt from it... what should i do?

You will need to prove to the best of your ability what kind of funds and when your husband sent you money. If you have western union records, or your husband has you'll need those.

Typically your explanation of these questions will require you to write on an additional piece of paper, so just explain that your husband has sent you money, never the same amount however, using various methods, and prove these statements to the best of your ability.

If your husband used an ATM his bank will have a record of the withdrawl amount. Do what ever you can to prove what you are saying.

No just a copy, they will request the passport when they need it.
