Sponsor your spouse v/s Tourist Visa v/s Study Visa for faster process

Hi, I am PR in Canada, want to apply for my wife's visa. She is in India right now, which option should I choose for faster processing so she can come to Canada early
1. Tourist VIsa
2. Study visa
3. Sponsor her

Please guide me more on Study Permit if possible as she is interested to do an immigration consultant Course in Canada.
Also, can I start both processes ( study permit and sponsor her) at the same time or should I go for one at a time.

1 & 2 are the same. You sponsor her because getting a TRV when married will be difficult. They know she will want to move here permanently. What college has an immigration course? Again a study permit can take many months too.

The only school now authorized to offer a program for becoming a licensed immigration consultant is Queen's:

That's the only choice now.
