I'm living in the UK on a youth mobility Visa. I am sponsoring my common-law partner to come back with me in 8 months when my UK visa expires. What proof should I provide that I will be living in Canada when PR is granted to her? Would plane ticket receipts for the trip back to Canada suffice? And a copy of my UK visa with its expiration date? Thanks

A LOT more than that I am afraid! Have a read here:

Ah I see. Would an email thread from my former boss in Canada offering me a job be enough? Maybe along with a tenancy agreement with my friend in Canada for when I arrive? Would those 2 extra things do the trick, or

...or should I also include a letter explaining our itinerary and plans regarding housing and employment? Thanks for any help

Have a read of the link I provided, it explains it pretty well.

I wrote a detailed post regarding what we did to prove sponsor’s intent. Our application is still being processed and in the beginning phase, but I am sure we have submitted enough proof. I don’t have the link but go onto my profile and look at the threads that I have started.
