I think it would on 1st Jan-1st Feb. There are some forms online I guess so. just keep tracking online

you can prepare all translations so far and fill out all forms but be ready they can change some forms later
don't worry, sponsor has 3 mon after invitation to send full package - more than enough

Translate documents into English or French (e.g. Marriage Certificate if not in English or French), or could be name correction on passport, birth certificate, etc. Perhaps filing previous year taxes, if they haven't been filed and of course filing your 2018 Taxes right away so you can have all three year taxes ready to qualify.

I did the three years taxes for 2015,2016,2017, and havnt done for 2018 yet. we don't need the 2015 since the government tried to use lottery draw, right?

We will know more once IRCC makes an announcement for 2019 but considering the previous years you will definitely need 2016, 2017 and 2018. So being ready to file your taxes online in Feb will get you the 2018 NOA after 10 days of filing your return.
