As a british citizen with a permanent resident in Canada. I have my fiancee who is an asylum seeker in USA, and
Her case has not been decided yet but she has a work permit and she is working.

I want to go there and get married to her legally. I want to know if the law in Canada will allow her to join me in
canada as my wife? If not, is there any other option to help her to join me in Canada? Please I need an help.

no, being married to a canadian does not allow a person to move to or live in canada. you will have to apply for spousal sponsorship and she needs to be approved for Permanent resident status in order to do so. you can not apply for this until you are married and/or can prove commonlaw status (which requires proof of cohabitation for 12+ months). right now she only has the right to visit you. depending on her country of citizenship, she may need a visa to visit. once she's in canada as a visitor, she can apply to extend her stay as a visitor and stay for the duration of her process as long as she continues to keep her visitor status current. she would not be able to work or study in canada during this time. as a canadian PR yourself, you must maintain residency in Canada during the entire application process.

If you are a PR living in Canada and meet the residency obligation, then after getting married you can sponsor your wife for PR. Due to her current situation and not knowing the history of your relationship, you may need to prove a bit more than usual that's its a real marriage and not one done just for immigration purposes.

Odds are she will NOT be allowed to enter Canada as a visitor, so you should prepare to sponsor her OUTLAND and it's likely she won't be able to join you in Canada until her PR app is approved. However she can certainly apply for a TRV to enter Canada and see what happens.
