Brampton is a good place its near missisagua also there are alot of resources for new canadians in peterborough about 2 hour away from toronto

Don't live in Brampton unless you have a car to drive around.

My wife applied for visit visa (TRV) twice and it was refused. They even dont bother to look at the application, she applied and same day they posted her a generic refusal letter which states that they are not satisfied that she will come back.

In order to obtain TRV, you need to satisfy the immigration officer that you have sufficient ties with the country where application is made. TRV refusal for wives is most likey becasue they dont usually work, and they know that for chances of coming back is very less. Since it is a husband case, you have more chances. Your husband needs to show a nice job, heavy amount in his bank account and if he has property in his name then the property papers. Bottom line is that he has to proof that he has financial and social ties with country of residence and there is no need for him to skip in Canada while application is in process. If none of this apply to your husband then chances are next to zero.

you file with dual intention .......... u dont just file visit visa .............. there is a dual intention visa on cic website .............

i submitted the case in missisagua in aug 2010 but the case was recieved by the embacy in islambad in sept 2010 they asked for meds in oct 2010 and marrage certificate, they recieved tht al in end oct then they asked for marrage certificate again oct 24 2011 emailed them saying they have already and provided proof, embacy emailed back within couple of days appoligizing. now waiting for remeds or what ever is next.
i have called nd email everone i can think of mp did nothing just made me send dr note saying im pregnant ( when i was pregnant) asking them to finish the case i sent it in august 2011, i even emailed the prime minister and he said that he couldnt help because of policy

time frame.........

most hubby casee r done in 16,18, 20 or 23 monthsssssssssss
