SOWP REFUSAL

I got a refusal for Spousal Open Work Permit from Canada as i forgot to mention my crewman landing permit (i-95) refusal from USA. I was working onboard when our ship visted Houstan, Since my USA C1-D visa was expired my shore pass was rejected. However i failed to disclose this in my SOWP visa application to canada. What should be my next action? Note: We are also planning to apply for PR next month. Please suggest?

I'm assuming you were just refused and did not receive a misrepresentation ban. Assuming you were just refused, you need to reapply. Make sure you declare both refusals in your new SOWP application and also in the PR application.
