SOWP home ties

Hello members,

I am on PGWP in Canada working a TIER 1 job. I want to apply for my spouse's SOWP and i am thinking hard about how to prove home ties. She is not studying currently and doesn't have a job or property.

Please suggest to me what i can do or show to prove home ties. Is there an affidavit i can get for something or any other idea?

Also, Are the immigration officers strict with checking home ties for SOWP just like for visitor visas?

For SOWP she doesn’t need any job offer. I applied with my wife and 3 kids and our visas were approved. I applied close work permit, my wife applied open work permit without job offer.

i know the job offer isn’t required. What i meant is that she is not currently working back home.

Brother same thing for my wife, she is house wife and we didn’t attach anything, like bank statement or property proof and all visas were approved and we are in Canada.

Our visas were approved in 2 months.

which country did you apply from? each country has a different processing time. Your information would be useful to analyze the time frame.
