im also singapore v.o. same like u i also have rbvi since july 11.
and no chaang of ecas status....

pls update me as well as i also am getting the feeling of frustrarion..

I have checked with some forum that last few month Singapore VO is not issuing any 2nd AOR.
But know one knows WHY? I am also frustrated.
Anyway wish for goodluck.
Anything please update this forum.

Is it possible to share the main content of the 2nd AOR, Because I received one email from CIC and only one letter from singapore VO,
said process will start as per priority base and since than my ecase shows "received by visa office" nothing change.
