[size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt]You mean it will take 40 days to get first information from the CIO and then it will take another 20 days to recieve PER on average. What is meant by PER and what happen next to it. How long a case take on average. ? [/size] [/size] [/size] [/size]

You may directly get PER (Positive Eligibility Review)/ NER (Negative Eligibility Review) without getting information before that. However, according to current timeline, it will take around 60 days to get PER/NER. So you have to be patient till 25-Oct-2011. If you don't get anything in 2 months, then you can e-mail to CIO.

Dear aifarooqi, as mentioned in my profile, i applied on 26th of May, 2011, and got a PER (Positive Eligibility Review) on 15th of August, 2011.

Now i am waiting my file to be Received By Visa Officer.

I applied as a social Worker, 4152.

Please tell me what else do u wanna know. I will be happy if i could make any positive difference to ur case.

thanks for your kind reply as i was just worried about the job reference letter from employer as i mentioned that i worked for an NGO from 2004 to 2008 and works on different projects from child welfare to health housing fund providing to needy people when i asked my emloyer to provide me refrence letter they ask me to give the draft what i want to mention in that . so i am confused that how i should prepare this need some help in this regard as i read on this forum that this is the most imp doc of all .... so if u guide me it would be a great help ... thankz

as you see in the blog I got NER on August 22, 2011 due to visa officer is not satisfy with my job responsibility as social worker (NOC 4152).
