How do I attach my social media conversations, Do I screen grab it, print, scan it back and attach it? I just want to know someone who has done this and how they went about it.

You can take screenshot of your conversations from different time.
If you are using WhatsApp then you can convert your chat in Word file and from there you can select some portions.
Note : If your conversation is not in English then you need certified translations for it.
