Hi All,

Iam bit confused after reading new immigration guide , As i am a citizen of India and presently working in Saudi Arabia where as in past application should be send to London now send to Centralized office SYDNEY or as previous mail immigration office (London).




#The application mail location
#PR visa Principal Applicant with family of without family (Fees)
#Present address in Canada (reference).
#As presently working on Sun solaris Administrator NOC - unable to find appropriate qualification code.
In that case, can i use ORACLE DATABASE Administrator code (2172 Database Analysts and Data Administrators)
#Any format of English Statement as studied upto 17yrs (English Medium)

Any help will be highly appreciated.

according to new laws, you have to send you initial application to Centralized Intake Office, Sydney, Nova Scotia for pre assessment. after being approved from CIO you will have 120 days to send your application to the Visa Office. it may be London or New Dehli anyone of your choice.

$ 550 is the processing fee for one person and for family you may visit CIC website.

#Which visa office is better in processing PR (London/New Delhi) lesser time.

#The English test IELTS (General) is important with my native language (HINDI) is ok i can submitt Statment of English to skip this text due to my 17yrs of Education with English medium.

Unless English is your native language, you must do IELTS test.

you have to do IELTS in order to get canadian immigration

At any stage the Visa officer will ask you to get your IELTS results.
So DO GIVE UR IELTS.
Do not skip this.

You do not qualify for Immigration if you have experience in NOC 2172 only

Only the numbers what u see in NOC list is only eligible. 2172 is not there in the list if you have noted.
