Tell them you became PR on so and so date and went back to your home country to windup your business or settle things there and then from 2012 you are here continuosly working and send the tax NOAs from 2012 to till date.

I had similar missing entry and the officer wrote on the application and asked me to Initial...I did...I got oath letter and done...don't worry....if the officer said you will get oath letter then you are good....enjoy the days..

If you can reschedule your trip plan do that better...you have 1 months time to replan your trip....you can ask for oath reschedule but it might takes months to happen.....think and see which is more important for you and accordingly reschedule either one...

Since you didn't get any correspondence...chances of missing the invite letter for test..every week keep calling CIC and ask for the latest update on your file...

possibly the agent said not yet started working in local office... next time ask if they local office has sent the test invite....they will then say the current status at local office..

Did you call and check the CIC call center.....
