Its not that much sucked...I had a discussion with my friend yesterday and I came to know that we should not compare our wage to the wage which is mentioned in our NOC. CIC considers the EIT wage rate and that you can find from APEGS (for sask) and APEGA for Alberta...and that is not too much high as compare to wage against specific NOC like last year average salary of EIT in sask was $55000/anum and that's what I am getting, even employer can not hire you as an Engineer below the average wage rate.fat_penguin said:For junior level EIT's (engineer-in-training), it is a sucky situation to be lumped together with professional engineers (P.Eng holders).
