You are still eligible le for EE. You can apply throgh Oasis only for OID and EE. Choose the option from drop down list in starting.

Thank you for detailed response but are you sure I need to create separate profile for OID ? because as per below ; they say

2. After You Apply
The International Skilled Worker Category - Saskatchewan Express Entry Sub-category

• Once the SINP receives your complete online application, it will be assessed against the eligibility criteria."

I believe we need to send one application through OASIS and if it is under OID they will pick it against required eligibility criteria which is OID. As my experience comes under OID. Also in the end of application they are asking for $300 application fee which is the requirement for OID. However when I try to submit application message pops up that I should wait for opening of this category.

I have again read these with thoroughly and no where it differentiates methods of submitting SINP EE & SINP OID profile. If I understood these links I would not have asked for your help. If possible can I call you and make you understand my point ?

Make 2 to 3 Oasis Profiles. Seperate for OID and SINP EE.
In which one you insert your Federal EE number, it is SINP EE.
And in which profile you choose NO (I don't have EE profile). It is OID PROFILE.
Practice to fill complete application and upload locate all necessary documents.

Scan all documents in PDF Format only. Merge all related documents as single page. Like B.SC. MARKS list - scan 1 , 2 and final year mark sheet and merge them as single page. Name it Bsc. Mark list.

Unlike SINP EE in which I created different 4 educational screens for BBA MBA College and School, scanned and uploaded docs.

Actually I don't have OASIS profile now. I filled the form 2 years ago. I don't know/remember much about that.

Please note that the application processing times posted on our website are an average processing time of all applications in each subcategory; they do not guarantee that a file will be processed in that amount of time. Each application is reviewed on a case by case basis, and each stage of processing may require different amounts of time for different applications.

Your file is in process may be assigned to some officer for review.....You have to wait for the results as you are not able to do anything to speed up this.

Make new Oasis profile. IF not, insert same values in all 3 sections.
