There are no certain rules about this, they don't show everything in Application window. This is only for their inspection only. Sometimes they provide Nomination without showing fund conversion.

My application on 04-Jan-2017 for EE intake was withdrawn by SINP citing my nomination under the OID category on 11-Jan-2017.

Congratulations. Did they automatically withdraw your EE Application, or you requested ? EE was better and faster.
I think 11 Jan 2017 there was no Intake. When did you apply for OID, that too was 4 Jan.

Pls help, I have completed my application, noc 0213, My job title is software developer from the starting of my carrer, and current title is manager - software developer (Since april 2016), so I selected noc 0213 instead of 2171.
My agent suggest me to change the noc code.
After reading all ur post M in panic, what should I do.
And is it really OID open after 8 am (sask time?) My agent said that it might open in mid night time of IST, is it really true. Please help dear.

Thanks. NOC 0213 is high demanding, needs 10 years approx. Sr. Manager Experience. If possible, choose NOC 2171, easygoing and popular.
Nowadays, they open anytime, your agent is right. Better check it 2-3 times at night, especially these 10-15 days. Assume that you are preparing for UPSC.

10th Std - 2007
Diploma in Electronics and Communication engineering -(2007-2010) 3 years - Punjab state board of technical education industrial training
Bachelor Of technology - 3 years(2011-2014) - Punjab technical university, India(Electronics and Communication engineering)

Basically, Engineering is 4 years course but he got admission in 2nd year of B.E. directly because of his diploma

Now, What to select for Saskatchewan/ CRS/WES from below options

1. Two or More Certificates, Diploma or Degrees. One must be more than 3 years
2. Bachelors Degree, (3 or more year)
3. how many points would he get for education for SINP OID(if we show just 3 years diploma after 10th and show rest of experience.

Please let us know if he falls under which category and if he can select 1st one, what all docs need to be submit @ WES?

Don't go for WES. Choose OID, which doesn't need WES.
First 2 years of Diploma show as 11 and 12th.
Third year of Diploma show as B.E. 1st year.
2nd, 3rd, and Final Mark-sheets already ready.
That case he will get 20 Points.

If he encloses diploma certificate only then he will get only 12 points. Only noc 2171 is suitable. Make some necessary changes according to 2171 in Ref letter
