Can someone tell me the difference between?

Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker: Occupation In-Demand
VS
Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker: Saskatchewan Express Entry

Also, I have done my ECA through IQAS. But I am not having enough CRS point. So I am thinking to apply for SINP. My NOC code is 2173. WHen I check my NOC for Saskatchewan I see this. Can someone also explain this? Please check the requirement of my NOC

You have EE profile with CIC , so you are eligible for SINP EE. It is better and faster. You can get Visa within 1 year. OID sub category is turtle type and beneficial for non EE candidates. Read these links carefully.

Hello All!

I submitted my Application (EE Stream, NOC# 6235, ITA# 8 October 2019) on the 22nd of October 2019 and my file went to "in-process" on 25th October, 2019. Till then, there is no visible change in my profile. I also haven't got any email from them. Should I contact them through mail or will I wait to end up the average processing times (25 weeks)??

Please give me prudent advice.
