Just a quick question - are you guys doing translater affidavit? I did official translations confirmed by State Notary.
Should I do Translater affidavit in this case as well?

What about settlmenet Plan? Should we do it as well?

Please read my Reply No. 64 on Page No. 5 of this thread about Translator Affidavit. It is only necessary if your any of the document other than English.

Hi Rasul, Certified translators will usually attach a cover letter with their details and official stamp along with the translated document. And if this document is notarised, you won't need anything else.

Are your papers strong enough, like job reference letter, POF etc. Wait and watch only. Some July Applicants also getting Nomination nowadays.
