Hi Ravi

"Ghost Opening" is not possible, It's opened only for 500 application, although i missed it, but it's confirmed by immigration department that it's opened and congrats you will able to submit.

Don't worry. Sufficient Applications seats are still left in 2017, both for EE and OID.

Yes. Even submit applications for both. But one of them you have to withdraw at later stage.

Leave it and create new one. U can make many profiles without submitting application, cause these profiles are not their official document.

I have experience letter that shows my title was "Software Engineer" and duties could be fit for Systems Analyst while this experience letter after graduation directly for 2 years. So, at the experience section can add in the NOC "2171" and put in the title Software Engineer or Systems Analyst?

Also, the latest experience letter is the same case it shows in the title Project Manager but duties mentioned in the letter could fit for both 2171 and 0213.

They check only job duties and responsibilities minutely, not job title. Don't go for 0213, it is high demanding and needs 10 years SR. Manager experience.
