hi guys,
got rejection as ineligible for nomination. Submitted application on January 4 2017, NOC 1225 was in high demand list, but SINP officer said it was not in high demand list, i think this is wrong decision and what is your opinion about second review as i submitted application of 1225 and it was in high demand list.

Reason for ineligible:
You have not scored a minimum of 60 out of 100 points on the SINP Points Assessment grid. You
have not received as many points as you claimed for work experience. From SINP assessment, your
experience in the past ten years does not match the occupational description of NOC 1225 and the
SINP does not award points for any occupation that is not considered in‐demand in Saskatchewan.

Work Experience Credentials:
Your work experience in the past 10 years is not in a high skilled occupation in the National
Occupational Classification (NOC) 1225 that is considered to be in‐demand in Saskatchewan. Your
work experience from the past 10 years is not considered to be in demand currently and was not
listed on the SINP In‐Demand Occupation List at the time you submitted your application.

please advise.
thanks

When you received the mail with rejection letter? Was there ADR or fund conversion before that?
I think they said that your experience didn't match NOC 1225, therefore your experience isn't in-demand. They didn't say that 1225 isn't consider to be in-demand list. The decision for second review is yours. Let other seniors share their opinions. Good luck!

Yes, Dani is right.
Don't think about second review. It takes min 2 years, in addition your documents are not very strong.

If you convinced that your experience is in NOC 1225. You should go for 2nd review as you have no other option. You must write reasons why you think SINP did mistake in this case. You can also verify your NOC with NOC classification authority by writing to mail them.
