Hi DiNaV,

Okay, so you are short of extra points due to less experience shown.

Could you please confirm the following:

- Did they reject your application or something else?
- Did they answer to your query you asked about bifurcation?

I think based on what they thought while rejecting it, you can find a way to reapply or find an alternate.

Thanks,
Parth

The status of my application had been updated to "Applicable Ineligible". There was no rejection word used anywhere.
There is no answer from them yet as I have just dropped the email today morning. I expect it by tonight.

This is their official language for Rejection.
They will answer in working 3-4 days.
If you are confident, then go for review.

Hi,

I am new to this forum.I am very much interested in migrating to Canada.I am 29 years old(Unmarried) and i have completed Engineering graduation in Computer science.I have more than 5 years of experience as a software engineer. As per the CRS score i have calculated, evenif i score CLB9 in IELTS,I can't touch the score required to get an ITA(As per the trend where the minimum score is 453) in express entry .Now i have changed my mind to go through PNP.Please advice me on the following.

1) Am i eligible to get through PNP (I heard that SINP and Quebec are easier to get) with a score of 429 ?
2) I believe as per my current role,my NOC code will be 2171.
3) Is the SINP intake opens every month ?Also what i understood is we need to wait for the provinces to open and apply as soon as possible. Is it on first come first serve basis ?
4)Also please advice me whether i need to apply through OID or Express entry ?

Please guide me.

Thanks in advance,

Pankaj
1. Yes. CRS score has nothing to do with SINP. They check only 60 points minutely on their points table grid.
2. Okay
3. 2nd January is a sure date. yes, u won't have much time to filling and uploading Application. You will have the time to push submit button only when Intake would open. So keep ready and upload all your documents now.
4. CLB 9, must go for EE. You have to submit ECA Evaluation for EE after Higher Secondary, all of the degrees and certificates.
Best of luck Pankaj.

Hi,

you are very much eligible to apply for SINP.Along with above requirements, you need to show a proof of fund nearly $13000 CAD for 3 months in your bank account or other forms, prior before submitting application to SINP.They are very stringent about fund proof. So try working on your fund in parallel.
All the best.

Hi DiNav,

In this case you can wait on them and share the response with us so that we can find a way out. I think this is a rejection and you can go for a review.

Best of luck.

Definitely I will share the reply. Awaiting anxiously.

However, everyone is suggesting me to go for "review" but what is that and how is it to be approached? I have no clue. Can you shed more light on this?

Not much of a help :(. What do I do now? I had specifically asked them to provide me with how points were calculated in my application, so that I can correct my mistakes during next intake. And this is what they reply! Very disappointed with SINP yaar!

Hi,

Thank you very much for your advice. Will do that.

Pankaj

Better attach Bank Manager's certificate about amount holding, then they will not verify anything.

Hi,
Thanks buddy.
I have already received my transcripts from WES.I need to upload that along with all degree marksheets and certificates.
Can you please suggest me what needs to be filled up in the section "schedule 4 fund" ?Is there anything else that needs to be done apart from filling that field ?

Thanks,
Pankaj

Hi DiNaV,

I think for review I am not the right person as I do not have sufficient information on that. But it must be the next step to process if you are confident about your point.

If not then best way it to re-apply if nothing works with proper planning next time.

Best of luck.

Thanks,
Parth

From SINP website, about Ineligible candidates and Second Review :-
Ineligible Applications
We'll send you an email notifying you that you're not eligible for nomination by the SINP. An application will be deemed ineligible if any of the following situations is true:
You don't meet the program criteria;
You don't submit documentation we ask for, to provide proof of your eligibility; and,
You don't establish that your intent to live and work in Saskatchewan is genuine.
You may ask for a secondary review of your application. If we don't receive a request for a secondary review within 45 days, then the file will be closed.
Immigration Representatives can only represent active files (i.e. files that are going through our processes or that have been nominated and are being processed by IRCC).

Secondary Review

If your application was deemed ineligible by the SINP, and you wish to have your application reviewed due to an error made in the application process, or in the assessment of the application based on the criteria at the time of application, you may ask for a secondary review. To request a secondary review, you must submit the following Request for a Second Review Form by email to immigration.programintegrity@gov.sk.ca within 45 days of the date that the SINP issued the ineligible letter.

The Immigration Representative for your application cannot be changed after this 45-day period.
Your signed form must clearly state your reason for a secondary review.

In requesting a secondary review, please note that:

Secondary reviews are based on the information contained in the original application package; as a result, you may not submit new supporting documents.
If you want to submit any new documents or information, you'll have to reapply to the SINP with a new application package (see information on reapplying below).
If we receive the signed letter within the 45-day period and the letter contains the required information, we'll review the application and you'll be notified of the secondary review decision by email.
If the ineligible decision is upheld after the secondary review, the file will be closed.
Immigration Representatives can only represent active files (i.e. files that are going through our processes or that have been nominated and are being processed by IRCC).

Reapplying Following an Ineligible Decision

If your application was deemed ineligible and you'd like to reapply, please note that:

You may reapply to the SINP only after the reasons for the ineligible decision have been addressed, unless misrepresentation was found to have taken place and an applicant is banned for using the program for up to two years.

Guys, SINP - OID is open now for 1200 applicants.

Best of luck!
