Hi ,

My SINP application became ineligible in July , now I am planning to apply again in next intake . Please tell me do I need to update anywhere about my ineligible application in the Oasis .

In the last step of your application's first part they will ask if you have submitted any previous application. There you need to declare yes. A form related to that will be added to your next part of the application where you need to provide the details and upload the last application's ineligible letter.

Hi , I selected yes in the first part for the field " previous application " . However , I could not find any option or form where I can provide details and attach the ineligible letter .

Request your suggestions on the issue .

Also is there any option for going back to the first part of application ?

You can see a new step "Previous Application" that will be added once you complete the first set of application. There you need to provide previous application details like the province, applied date, your name, status and reason. Like all the screens you have option to upload any supportive documents related to your old application. There you can upload the rejection letter.

You can always go and check the details you have provided in the first part of the application.

Hope this clarifies.

Previously I've also re-submitted my application. During that time I was not able to view my first part of the application. But it wasn't a 2nd review. From what you are saying I guess that your application's 1st part will be hidden even if you go for 2nd review.

You should probably check with guys who have experience this.

Dear all,

How long does it take to receive AOR from e-APR on Express Entry platform? I submitted PR application yesterday and it is still on review in process for eligibility.

Also what do I need to do if I want to send more docs while my application is submitted?

Thanks.

Certainly its not first come first serve. May be if your intended occupation is in their demand list.

I submitted my application on the 31st of last month and it is review in process for both eligibility and medicals for me still.
What's the status for your medical, from the date it seems you got the medicals done in the month of May.

Regarding documents, I do not think there is a way of adding additional documents once we have submitted the PR form. We can add documents when there is a request from CiC side. Would like others to confirm on this.

As soon as you complete your 1st part of the application, you will be directed to the 2nd part of the application where in you will be giving details about settlement funds, family members and all the federal forms. In the main screen itself you will have buttons ordered one by one at the top right side. There you can see "Create a family member". Use it to add details about your spouse and child.

It's not in public domain when they pick and process your application once SINP is submitted. Some have even got in couple of weeks while others were waiting for months. And yes, there is no clear pattern based on NOC or anything else.

Yes, if you have already submitted application it means you were on their demand list otherwise it's not accepted.
