I along with my supervisor have changed our work location but we are still working in the same company. As we are now working at different locations hence address, phone etc of letter head would be different but company name is same. I think, I have to use letter head of previous work location. I am in confusion that Should i need to take reference letter with recent date or back date? thanks in advance

Any, back date or current one they consider. Letter head is also fine, generally they use contact details instead physical address.

My main Noc code is 2133 Electrical Engineer. However I have many experience on Noc 2253 Drafting Technologist which is part of my job duties and in high demand occupation list. I have applied to another provinces with 2133 before and 2133 has been mentioned in my express entry page of cic. Can I apply SINP under occupational high demand with 2253.

Please advise.

After SINP issues you a nomination you have 30 days to accept or decline it.

You have 30 days to accept. myCIC score is updated only after you accept the nomination. The nomination will automatically be updated in myCIC.

I got nominated from Saskatchewan PNP -OID on 15 June 2016.
I submitted my paper application to CIC on 15 July 2016.

Waiting for my file number.


Could you please tell what exact date you submitted application to CIO and when you got file number.
My VO is New Delhi.
After file number generation, how much time is required to get Visa.

Friends,I got a problem in SINP
online application in the section of using
representative section.

While filling the required information in the use of representative
section,it tells we have to fill the IMM5476(use of representative)
form even if we are not hiring a lawyer.But in the form,there is
no option to select,no use of representative in the form.what should we do.
we dont have even space to write NA (not applicable).plz suggest.Thanks

I have a close relative who is living and working in Toronto. He is an US citizen and working with temp. work permit visa and he will turn back USA within a year. Shall I mention about this situation in my application? He has not any PR or Canadian Citizenship ultimately. Please share your opinions.

I don't think it's going to impact any outcome. Anyway, where are you going to mention it? As far as I remember,all the questions ask whether relative is PR or citizen.

In the beginning of application, there is a question that is asking is there any relative who is living in another province. Should I mention about my relative even he is working with temp. Visa.
