Yes, you can apply fresh again. They will however send a note asking you which one should be retained. There you can specify the application you need to continue with.

I have submitted my requested additional docs for 11 days (8 working ways) and just checked the status is still 'waiting for applicant'.
Should I write an email to inquire what's going on? Will this effect or delay my process?

Hi Sasakaka,

I was waiting from 1 st september and status was waiting on applicant. Just received my nomination today!

I wanted to contact them but later decided to wait at least 25-30 days before making any moves from my end (as they given me a timeline of 45 days to submit additional documents.

Dear your luck, usually they ask after checking what they need from you. however they may ask any further documents if they find short

Yes they ask only once for missing documents after checking whole application for completeness.....
Now they can ask for additional documents in future if required
