Hello Everyone,

Are there any 18 Dec 2015 EE applicants who have received nomination? Mine is still In process since 3 months now (83 days).

I think NOC 4163 is not required at SK currently hence the delay I guess.

Yes, there is a guy @ajanoni that has received his nomination a few days ago. He applied on 18th of December too.

Thank you Wagner
If you take a look on this form, there is no signature required so that I am wondering if we need to print it and then scan. It seems that there is no sense of doing that. Please advise. Than so much

yes, you are right that on IMM5562E, there is no place to sign, but yet, you should print, scan and upload the form because SINP requires this and any new thing may not be acceptable to SINP and ask you to resubmit the IMM5562E form; in this way, your application would get late to be decided.

I even submitted my this form by scanning it and uploaded to oasis profile. If i am not mistaken most of the applicants submit this form in this way. Correct me if i am wrong guys.

2ndly, There is a sense of it and the reason is that you cannot save the data in this form, if you cannot save it, you cannot email it or upload to your oasis profile. So, this is a compulsion too to print, scan and upload.

So, this is advised to you to submit your IMM5562E form according to SINP requirments.

Hope you got it!

Yeah, you are right. But I did it on that document too ;)

hey guys quick question.
what documents are required to show proof of close relative? in application guide it says the the person who is sponsoring the relative should have lived in Sask for 1 year and should show the lease contract as a proof of residence. whereas in checklist it says you only need to show 3 months of pay stubs etc. please clarify as to how long one has to live in sask to sponsor relative?

anyone who has applied for relatives plus answer.

thanks,

thanks,

At least, 1 Year of residence is required to show. As proof of close relative, you may upload the driving licence, Canadian citizenship card, Health card, your mother/ father FRC issued by NADRA, birth certificate of your close relative.

While to show your close relative' residence in Saskatchewan, you may submit any relevant doc. Driving licence may also give the details of stay of your close relative in Saskatchewan.

I submitted an additional document and that is my bro's experience certificate showing his work in Saskatchewan. So, in short, upload every document which you think can prove your details and connection with Saskatchewan.

Hope you got the answer!

thanks for your reply.
I thought 3 months living in sask would be enough. thanks for clarifying that.
one more question: what is FRC? i live in USA and my sister lives in Pakistan. can she make this document there without my presence?

Dear SINP fellows, I have got PPR today. Thanks everyone.

FRC stands for Family Registration Certificate and this certificate can be applied by any sibling of yours living in Pakistan. Apply on behalf of your parents. This certificate will have all the details of your parents family i.e. their kids.

Have they done your currency conversion?

does that mean some specific "checkpoint" in the whole process?
