However, basing on the data of last year intakes - we can expect at least a couple of "reopenings" (but no suggestions about the exact time of each)

i am navdeep singh, 32 years india. i have one year diploma in computer application from punjab technical university. and i have more than four years experience in computer networking field.i want to prepare my file for sinp occupation in demand category before its opening applications. i want to ask
1 can i apply in NOC 2281 (computer network technician),2282 ,2283 etc.? my diploma subject and work experience meet its requirements.
2 i have only one year diploma in computer application. is it satisfatory or enough for the educational requirement of NOC 2281,2282,2283 ?
3 some consultants told that i can apply in these codes bcuz i have enough work experience and it will also counted . is it right?
4 which education requirement needed to apply for these NOC codes?
5 if i can arrange job offer from saskatchewan then can i apply in these noc codes? and after nomination could cic reject my pr file bcuz my education qualification is no eligible to apply in these noc codes?
6 after nomination do ineed to apply for federal express entry or federal paper based system?
7 if I got nomination would I need evaluation of my diploma from wes to apply in federal paper based pr application like federal express entry needed?

Someone can give a tentative timeline that how much days does it take for change in status of "Review of Eligibility" in MYCIC Account. My friend has applied agian in MYCIC on March 4 after getting ITA. He was contacted yesterday to upload schedule 4. He has uploaded it again today after taking fresh bank statement.

He has already done upfront medicals, so status on MYCIC against Medicals is: Passed

What can be the next steps now? Review of Eligibility status change? Applications still are assessed in LVO after Eligibility Passing lik it used to happen before EE system like in my time?

Please if anyone of you can enlighten us for the upcoming steps.

I think it should be EE as he got nomination from SINP under EE category.

Yes, you can apply for NOC 2281 if your Work Experience - Roles and Responsibilities matches it

Yes, it is satisfactory of one year work experience related to your education. Has WES recognized yourone year diploma in computer application from punjab technical university

Depends your NOC should be present in SINP Occupation in Demand. Please check the SINP EE guide page 23 to 26 for that

For NOC 2281 and 2283, Completion of a college or other program in computer science, network administration, Web technology or a related field is usually required.

I think you can apply for these NOCs if you arrange job offer and CIC will not reject it as this is province requirement.

For Express entry you need apply online and for OID, you need to apply paper based

It is always better to have WES evaluation, because you will be claiming points in SINP

No, there is no limit for uploading PDF files and file size. You can upload pdf files of any size.

deepsea is right there is no limit. In my experience, I uploaded a single file as big as 4MB-5MB.
