Dear all,
Happy New Year and wish you all the best.
Actually, I have a question about the translation requirement. In the guide it mentions "a copy of an affidavit from the translator describing their translation ability". And the form of affidavit here "economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/translator-affidavit/"

However, in my case, the Notary public has its own form and it is not possible for them to use the required form of SAS. SO is it OK for me not to use SAS affidavit form.

Thank you very much for your help to comment.

Hello Guys,

I applied for SINP EE on 6th Dec. and my application status is showing as "In process" since 16th Dec. I applied with NOC 2283. Anyone who applied in Dec for SINP with NOC code 2283 and have got the nomination ? Please let me know.

Thanks.

Hello Sandy,

Initially I have applied for NOC 2283, but after seeing the nominations for 2171, I have requested to change it to 2171.
I have sent my application on Dec 7th and on
Dec 15th - it was changed to "in progess"
Dec 31st - Waiting on Applicant , Request for Additional Documents

I dont think the NOC matters, because 2171,2174 and 2283 all belong IT and I saw in the sheet that November application got nomination for
NOC 2283
. So, my suggestion you should not be worried about NOC.

Make sure you have submitted all the necessary documents
The below are the documents they are very strict apart from the mandatory documents.
1) Employee Reference Letter - Roles and Responsibilities should be more than 10. Atleast, try to put 15
This should be as per SINP Guide they have mentioned.
2) Birth Certificates of Principal Applicant, Spouse and child if any with the name of Father and Mother.
3) Proof of funds - Funds should be three months old (Savings account, Term deposits and Mutual funds)

Regards
Charan

NOC does not matter if it does not require mandatory licensing from relevant authority and if you are able to prove experience in these NOC's.

There are holidays in canada Up to 4 jan. ...after that work will resume

Does that mean that the offices open on 5th Jan or 4th Jan?

Just a quick thought, can you apply for SINP while you have a pending FSW app?

Its a different category

FSW as in old system paper based? I think so, however, I'm not sure how it would work out. If you get SINP EE nomination, you have to submit eAPR through MyCIC.
At that stage, I would imagine you have to withdraw the FSW application.
Having said that, there's nothing wrong with applying to SINP to start with

For sinp I have my birth certificate with my parents name but not with my name.. will affidavit work???can i leave the field blank as in the form it is asking
Name given on the birth certificate plz help

You have to provide a name. Submit what you have along with an affidavit. You can also attach a letter explaining the situation.

No I meant. FSW-EE program.

I was thinking like I have a pending FSW EE App under my name.

While my spouse will try the PNP.

I think that should be ok. You would have a separate EE profile for your spouse too.

Folks

As Sask applicants are receiving nominations in no time, does this can be considered that the job market in Saskatchewan is in top notch ?

I have seen the majority of applicants received nominations are IT guys. How good is the IT market over there ?

I am basically a Cisco guy. How good is the Cisco job prospectus there ?

Advises and suggestions are really appreciated !!
