Its better to try instead of wasting chance.

We dont even know the NOC they want this time. We dont know if they will be changing the rules.

Assume the previous NOC List. It would probably the same

Guys,

Just submitted my application to CIC ,also paid RPRF upfront.Instantly got a PDF letter of confirmation.

However, I can see Review in progress, all other fields are "not needed this time" In medical field, Not needed this time,however i uploaded that E-medical info sheet that i got from hospital.

Its perfectly normal, your medical would be PASSED, once your hospital upload it to e-medical system.

Usually it takes around 2 weeks after the medical exam.

Is PCC required for both principal applicant and spouse?

Required for both Principle Applicant and Spouse.
Also, all the dependents 18 years or older.


Can anyone from Hyderabad please confirm the procedure to get it?

Hey friends, can anyone reply that, is there any difference between pnp-EE and fsw-EE( got ITA directly )

There are three program actually:
1) Federal Skilled Worker
2) Federal Skilled Trade Program
3) Canadian Experience Class

you must meet the requirement of any of the above mentioned program to be eligible.

processing time for eligibility after submitting e-APR ?

Nobody knows processing time,
Couple of months ago, PNP was much faster but suddenly it has become slower.


And will cic strictly verify 67 pass points for PNP-EE nominies ?

First of all you should check your eligibility, r you fullfill minimum requirement of express entry

I applied for SINP EE on 6th Dec. and my application status is showing as "In process" since 16th Dec. I applied with NOC 2283. Anyone who applied in Dec for SINP with NOC code 2283 and have got the nomination ? Please let me know.

yes, you can apply but if you get file number in both applications you have to withdraw one
