Mates,

I am a July applicant under NOC 2174 and my application has been in process since Oct 27.Never came a request for any additional docs and has been stagnant at in process all the time. Do you think i can go ahead and apply under the new intake while the other in process?. I don't want to take a chance and want to apply only if it is valid. Thanks

You cannot apply for SINP when your application is already under process. Don't worry, you will get nominated soon.

Hi, did you try sending them an email to enquire about the status? I tried calling their helpline but went into voicemail.

Hi guys

I am new in your forum, I have applied twice under NOC#1111 and my application were returned for:
1st EE --> your NOC is not in-demand
2nd EE --> you don't have licensure (1111 is regulated)

now intake is opened and I am planning to apply under 4163 or 6221 but I am afraid, it might be misleading !
Please suggest me guys especially those under above two NOCs before threshold is reached

my file briefly:
CRS: 367
SINP: 80/100 (have relative in SAS)
4 years Bachelor degree in accounting
5 years experience in accounting

Thanks

Yes, i did indeed and below is what i got in response.

The application is currently in process and no further documentation has been requested at this time. The SINP reserves the right to make a decision on your file at any time; if you wish to submit any further documentation, please do so as soon as possible to immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca quoting your file number.

Can you let me know of the outcome if your dial proceeds at any time.Thanks.

Thanks Darklord. I am a little bit daunted. I also have Provident Fund as POF which keeps me dubious about the outcome.

Sure I will, my concern is now with holidays around what will happen to our applications, if it moves to next year then we will be left hanging whether to withdraw and apply in next year quota or keep waiting.

Yeah, I got nominated!

I applied on December 5th, my application changed to In process on December 11th and yesterday, December 17th, I got nominated! My NOC is 2171

In my opinion, my application was processed very, very fast!

Congratulations. All the best.
That was fast because all IT related NOC codes have been prioritized for immigration in Canada.

Do you have any idea about when can we get points in CIC profile ?

After getting points in CIC how much time it will take to get ITA ?

It generally takes 24-48 hours for PNP points to be reflected in your MyCIC Account.

This depends on when CIC will do the draw. Generally they have done draws twice a month, with few exceptions. For December, one draw is done already

Thanks for kind info.

I found some wired condition for getting PCC in india. I came to know that we required to add spouse name in passport. So if i will go for add spouse name then it will take around 1 month ( as per my knowledge ). Based on new passport they will issue PCC which will take around 10 to 15 days.

Now, My application in ( In process ), and all November applicants are getting nomination. If I will get within week, then i havent much time to do all that process for reissue passport and get PCC.

Do you have any idea about time for reissuing passport and getting PCC ?

Can you give me suggestion, what should i do ?

THanks

Where did you hear such a rule? I do not believe that you getting PCC for yourself has anything to do with spouse's name being there in the passport. Where are you applying for PCC - PSK or Local Police?

Fill, download and then upload the settlement plan from here ...
If you have not been nominated before, select NA or leave it blank.
Also, let us know if your application is submitted successfully as we are hearing that their intake threshold has reached.

It is true, cannot submit the profile as the intake threshold has reached the maximum number.
Good luck for everyone including me!

I went last year to PSK Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Authorized person told me that you have to add spouse name into your passport then you can get PCC. First reissue the passport and then process PCC.

So I am worried about that. My spouse passport has her father name and her previous address. Does she required PCC ?

For pcc through psk they just ask passport copy as proof.. In the pcc address is not mentioned, only name, passport and verification background is there.. If you haven't applied then get new passport and if you have applied then still you can get pcc..
If your passport issue date is less than a year and if you are residing at the same address as passport, then they give you pcc on hand.. I am not too sure about the issue of pcc only after adding spouse name..
