For pcc through psk they just ask passport copy as proof.. In the pcc address is not mentioned, only name, passport and verification background is there.. If you haven't applied then get new passport and if you have applied then still you can get pcc..
If your passport issue date is less than a year and if you are residing at the same address as passport, then they give you pcc on hand.. I am not too sure about the issue of pcc only after adding spouse name..

It's so good to see a 6221 getting nominated.
Better to tell them via email about this second application and see their response.

Hi Fahimeh congrats. So it took about 23 days from when your application went into IP to get nomination right? We are the same NOC 6221. Mine has gone in process since 11/18 but no nomination yet.

Please advise timeline.
