During SNIP , It is asking for Birth Certificate , I have my ID Card , My Passport but not birth certificate ? On ID Card there is mention my birth or do I need the actual Birth Certificate ?

In Schedule 4 funds - mention the amount in Canadian Dollars that you have in your bank account for which you can show the bank statements.

As per CIC website:
The applicant should provide official letter(s) from financial institution(s) that list all current bank and investment accounts as well as outstanding debts such as credit card debts and loans.

The letter(s) must be printed on the letterhead of the financial institution and must include the applicant’s name, the contact information of the financial institution (address, telephone number and email address), the account numbers, the date each account was opened and the current balance of each account as well as the average balance in the past six months.

If you are a single applicant, then you need to prove that you have the money which is equivalent to minimum $ 11,931 (Canadian Dollars)

Birth certificate is mandatory in PNP applications. If you do not have one, then you can apply for one and get it as soon as possible.
Even my birth certificate was lost, I applied and got a new one in August 2015.

All these details will already be there on your passport for them to verify and issue the Birth certificate.

Apply there for a birth certificate which they should give it to you in 7 working days (varies from place to place). If online application is available, then check for it on their website. Make sure it is either in English or Bilingual. If it is not in English or French, then you need to get its translation in English or French and attach this translation document along with the original.
