Hello Guys,
I need your help:
1) I have got the translated copy (in English) of my birth certificate from Municipal corporation. Do i still need to get the translator affidavit for my birth certificate? The details (like, name, birthdate, parents name etc.) in the birth certificate is filled-in by hand (not print).
2) I asked one of my previous employers to provide work experience (reference) letter in the format asked by SINP, but he is not ready to provide work experience letter in that format. Do i need to provide a letter stating employer is not ready to provide work experience letter? please guide me.
3) I still have to get the experience letter from my current employer. Do we need to mention the job duties for each position in company or a letter with common job duty and latest position is sufficient (because in my case, job duties are same for each position)? Please provide me a sample letter if you have.
Thanks.
1. If it is hand-written, then better to get the translated copy notarised.
2. First ask your employer to provide you a reference lettter in whichever format he is offering you. Then, attach a LOE stating that your employer has refused to give it in the requested format. Include work contracts, job offer letter, visa, pay slips/stubs and if possible even business card of your manager/director.
3. Kindly note that your job responsibilities should match upto minimum 60% to 70% of the job duties of your NOC code.
Below is the sample format for Reference Letter:
