Hi Experts!

As most of u know my circumstances that Firstly I applied in June 15 and my application returned due to less settlement fund , Now i again applied on 4th Nov but my EE profile got ineligible due to my birthday on 20th Nov ......

In order to become eligible again for EE I must improve my IELTS score which is CLB 9 in Speaking and reading , CLB 8 in listening and writing.....Furthermore I am waiting for SINP OID category which does not requier EE profile

I have seen on the forum that few 2nd 3rd Nov applicants became IN PROCESS..... May be its my turn .

Plzzz suggest me should I try to improve my IELTS score and make a new EE profile for Nov application or wait till Jan 16 for SINP OID category???

If say for example I got nomination and unable to make EE profile then what will happened???

kindly answer my following queries with the light of past cases or SINP links:

1. What will be happened if I got nomination with this expired EE ???
2. Is there any case in past who got nomination with expired EE???
3. Would it be possible for me to extend my nomination till my IELTS result??
4. If I dont inform SINP about the ineligibility of My EE profile, would it be considered as Misrepresentation??

Urgently retake the IELTS. It takes 13 days to be out. Register for a new EE profile with the improved result and send an email to SINP to have ur new EE profile with ur new IELTS result. Te faster you do that, the better. I just hope there is still slot in ur country for this year in the IELTS. You can do the exam this weekend or latest, next weekend if need be.

Meanwhile, urgemtly send SINP a mail and narrate how you just added a new age and it has affected your EE but you are expecting your new IELTS which will qualify you to be in the pool. your information to them might just cause a 2 weeks or 3 weeks delay in your file but i think its better that way, than to see you as mis-representing.

My Application changed to ' in Process status' on 24th and today, it says Returned Application. In the letter, they have mentioned that the IMM0008 - Generic Application form for Canada Missing ..

I checked the application and notice that I have attached Economic class form in the place of IMM0008 by mistake. ..

Now, I have replied to the email and sent across the right form. Do you think my application will be reconsidered ?

Sorry to hear about your case,

Generic form is a most Important part of the application which contains majority of information.

As the Cap has already reached, then It's highly unlikely that they will reconsider your application.

Firstly, can I merge my pension fund fund together with funds in my current account?
Secondly, I have been working with a particular company on a full time basis and also consulting for another company on a part time basis , both for 8 years simultaneously,
Kindly advise how I can incorporate this as my work experience for SINP OID

I applied on 4th Nov.
and I didn't attached all the documents. and I emailed them on apply date.
I am praying for not being rejected but I know I will...

Sorry to hear that mate!. The app status is only available through Oasis. It is strange that your consultant is not giving you updates on your application. One person on the tracker that submitted on the 4th have his/her app 'in process'

Unfortunately, Oasis is the only option to track application.
Insist your consultant to give u access,
Actually it is one of the several reason "why not to hire a consultant?"
