As I mentioned before I got rejected by sinp because my major of bachelor degree is material engineering that is not related to my work experience NOC code 2174(computer programming).
But I have Microsoft Certificates in programming and according to my searches I found this:

Have completed a minimum of one year of post - secondary education or training which is comparable to the Canadian education system and has resulted in a degree, diploma, certificate, or a certificate equivalent to a trade certificate (that is verifiable);

So is it feasible that I send My microsoft certificates to SINP and they accept my nomination?

I doubt if SINP will reconsider a closed application which they have deemed ineligible.

Your best shot is to chose a different NOC based on your studies and close to your work experience and create a new application and wait for the next intake.

Mine was on 16 Dec, got nominated on 25 Dec

""The principal applicant, spouse and all dependent children 18 year old or older must complete their own copy of this form""

SO I understand that my wife need to complete her own form which include her parents, her bothers/ sisters. Am I right?

In that case, in section A of her form, who is the Applicant and who is the Spouse.
